I use these needles professionally as a carpet cleaner to inject disinfectants and enzyme cleaners under carpet backing or pad where it can not be reached or pulled, mostly on commercial carpet. They are durable and will not break. However some carpet and pad due to age may have hardened so if you do not control the pressure or the proper angle you may break them or bend them. Use wisely as they are sharp. Wear gloves and be careful not to puncture your skin after it has been inserted under carpet and pad harboring harmful bacteria and viruses. Puncturing your skin with contaminated needles may cause a life threateningcondition called Sepsis which rapidly spreads through blood to heart and causes paralysis or death or may require amputation of limbs.

Works as described. Luer locks are very good.

I tried using the first needle today. It was the dullest needle I have ever used. I was trying to give a shot to a heifer and broke the syringe trying to get the brand new needle through her hide. I had to use an old one! Not impressed.

These are very heavy duty,sturdy needles that would certainly last a long time. The problem I have is that they aren't very sharp. If I had a way to properly sharpen them or they were very sharp to begin with they would be great.
