Using this fan from quite long , firstly it looks really looks stylish in my room, giving a Morden chic look. It has quite amazing features like boost mode for high speed, backward rotation , it speed it quite nice, it doesn’t make a lot sound. It is quite light weight and remote works fine. Durable and good quality product.

I purchased 2 Polycab ceiling fans on 2nd May 2025 from Amazon, expecting decent product quality and reliable after-sales support, but unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience.Within just one month, one of the fans stopped working. I initially raised a complaint via email, but received no response at all. I then called customer service and finally got a service engineer visit. He diagnosed it as a motor issue and assured us someone would come the next day to repair it.Shockingly, the same evening I received a message that the service request was closed, citing the product as 'out of warranty' – for a fan that was purchased just a month ago and clearly comes with a 3+1 year warranty. The issue was never resolved, and they closed the complaint without any follow-up.I raised another service request on 10th June 2025, and to date, no engineer has visited, nor have I received any update. Every time I call, I’m told the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, which is clearly not true.This has been a terrible customer service experience, and I’m extremely disappointed in both Polycab for their complete lack of support and Amazon for allowing such unreliable brands on their platform. Customers deserve better. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Polycab products, especially from sellers who can’t ensure basic post-sales service.

I bought this ceiling fan and I’m really happy with it. The design looks nice and fits well in my room. It gives strong air and runs quietly, which is great at night. The remote is easy to use. I like the 7 speed levels and the sleep mode. The reverse rotation helps in winter. Boost mode gives fast cooling. It saves electricity and is made with good quality copper. Fitting the fan was easy, and it has 3+1 years warranty. For the price, it’s a great fan. I recommend it!

The Polycab fan is okay overall. The speed is decent—not too fast but enough for small to medium rooms. However, the fan seems slightly unbalanced, which causes a mild wobble during operation. The air throw isn't great if you're trying to cool a bigger space, so it may not be the best choice for larger rooms. On the positive side, the remote works well and is quite handy for controlling the fan from a distance. If you're looking for a basic fan for a small room, it does the job, but don’t expect high performance. It does look fancy not doubt because of its slim bodyGo for Atomberg Enzel which is available for a similar price.

I purchased two fans (Polycab Silencio Mini and Polycab Wizzy Neo) but both the fans going restart when electricity switching from main to inverter or inverter to main. the fans completely stops and then starting again, not a good product for home use with inverter or UPS, because I installed other brand smart fans which is working perfectly without any restart.

I recently purchase this wizzy neo bldc fan and i am impressed with this fan. This modern design and color looks very classy and comes with remote which can helps lot makes easy to use. Air delivery is good compared to my old fan. It also has reverse mode great performance at this price i am fully satisfied with this fan.
