Great simple layout, tracks everything I want it to for my workouts and progress. Lightweight and medium size make it easy to carry and not too obnoxious.

Very cool workout tracker. It keeps you motivated where you can look back at weights you wrote with enough writing space. It’s a good quality journal

Love This! Highly Recommend!
Love this! It’s small enough to where I can have it on the treadmill and carry around the gym and I love all of the additional things you can log in here before getting to the training pages. It’s great quality and very affordable. I love that cardio has its own section and that you can rate your workout. Also love that there’s a page for favorite workouts as well. The cover for front and back rule. If you put it on a wet surface or accidentally put a cup on top of it (like I did, oops) your pages are still safe! Love it!

Great Fitness Tracker for Any Serious Lifter
This book is a great way to track your progress in the gym. I’ve been able to to work on my weak areas more and see how I’m progressing by using this notebook. I will say though that the pages tend to rip easy so if you’re not careful your pages will rip. Also the text boxes are fairly small in size so you do have to write in small handwriting.

Exactly what I wanted. Simple workouts log book. Everything you want nothing you don’t. The rate this workout is often a laugh for me and my workout buddy.

Exactly what is pictured and very helpful for tracking workouts, goals, etc. Paper is good quality and I have not had any rips, tears, or signs of wear, even though I throw this around the gym all the time.

I had some doubts. But this notebook is small, easy to carry with me at the gym to track my sets/reps. Has goals, milestones, pages. I absolutely love it. Really good quality for the price. Durability is great. I love the design and how it’s laid out.

Great detail within the book allowing to write literally everything about your gym session. A lot of space to write your workouts and even rate your workouts. Very sturdy cover too.
