I’m very much happy with my purchase because it is the best for that budget. It is consist with all new features and tech and also have touch screen. I have searched for the best laptop for this price range and this ASUS zenbook 14 was the undoubtably the best one. It is super fast, beautiful , easy to carry, sound speakers are quality, got a touch screen and battery life is also long lasting. That is the best for that price range. I would recommend this product to everyone who are looking for a perfect laptop. I would like thank ASUS for making this laptop for a very affordable price range. For me it is just a perfect product.

Great PC for school/office use. Lightweight and long battery life. The screen being outstanding is just a sweet bonus. Sealed box. Not upgraded by seller. As described, Win11Pro came pre installed. US pin charger which can take 220V but will need adaper to plug into UAE sockets.

Poorly designed laptop. On paper it has crisp OLED screen, latest CPU and RAM but not the Infrastructure to handle the components. The thin laptop absorbs the heat poorly coupled with a tiny fan at the bottom, means the CPU will be running at 70/80 degrees Celsius during any mundane activity whilst on charge. How to fix this? Bottle neck your own CPU and slow down performance to keep fan speeds high and performance low. Second solution is return this item and do not be tricked by the low price compared to competitors. Avoid.

I bought this recently and the listing mentioned (they have changed the listing now) that the laptop would come with Windows 11 pro and with a UAE 3-pin plug, but when i received the laptop it came with Windows 11 Home and a 2-pin plug. The delivery of the laptop was also late. Apart from that the laptop seems to be good quality and the CPU, Ram and Storage came as mentioned.

Item sent on time and in original box. Laptop specifications exactly as advertised. Had issues with the laptop and seller was quickly responsive. Fix the laptop at no cost and in a professional way.

Everything is Alright. The adapter has two pins which causes the leakage current wiile charging. And they gave the laptop includes Windows 11 Home instead of Windows 11 pro. Otherwise, everything is good.

While the computer is nice. They have it listed completely wrong. I ordered this because it said it had Windows 11 Pro. It doesn't it shipped with Windows 11 Home causing me to have to reinstall the correct OS to use it.

La laptop la rercibi el 29 de diciembre de 2024, y ayer 27 de enero de 2025 ya no enciende. Le di devolver al producto y me sugirio contactar al vendedor. Por telefono ya no tienen horario laboral (18:22 horas); intente por el chat en la pagina de ASUS pero es una maquina que te contesta y no esta bien dirigida sus respuestas. Esto lo escribo debido que la compra me indica que tengo hasta el 31 de enero para devolverla y si se pasa de esa fecha espero que no quieran bloquear la devolucion (o asistencia tecnica para que encienda).
