Yes it will fit the Eddy bottles but not the stainless one only the plastic one

It does not fit on the glass eddy, but it works on the plastic.

Will this cap got tje 40oz stainless steel chute?

No this will not fit the older 40 oz bottle, unfortunately. It's called "Universal" for Chute, but not really. The older bottle has different threading.

Does it fit on Camelbak Chute?

If you are asking if it fits on a CamelBak 1000ml bottle then yes it does. It is a replacement cap. I bought mine from Target and it came with the chute lid but I also bought my wife a normal CamelBak with the straw. My wife tried mine and prefer the chute to the straw and I ordered this one. It fit just like the straw version did.
