Not sure if made in USA

There is no manufacturing location; the website location is a UPS store. I called the customer service phone number several times and had no reply after leaving a few voicemail. So I returned it.I found Chinese-made products and they provided the manufacturer location, distributor location, and customer service phone replies often.I like America-made but now I am frustrated.
