I had heard a lot about Akkermansia, so I thought I would go straight to the main company. First, loved the packaging! It looks like they really care about sustainability. After the first day, I already feel like my hunger has diminished! I'm excited to continue to use this product.

These pills are the first probiotic I've taken being easy on my stomach. I took 2 weeks for me to see daily vowels movement but I was chronically constipated.

I just discovered Akkermansia to promote good health and sounds too good to be true. There's plenty of solid research on it so I recommend you look into it. It seems to take a few weeks to feel anything. The gut is an often overlooked part of our health and there's a lot of words thrown around about probiotics that are hard to measure the impact. Akkermansia just may do the trick. After taking it for a few days, I can say that this production tastes okay and is easy to incorporate into my daily routine. It feels that it's already having a positive impact in just a little over a week of use but I need more time to say that fully. I am hoping it will continue to benefit my health. It is a little more on the pricey side.
