Great for targeting areas of pain or tension in the lower legs and upper back. You can either roll it under the area or place it under your body weight for effective myofascial release. It may temporarily make the muscle feel more tender, but the tension usually eases shortly afterwards. I've since purchased their single muscle ball to help with areas the peanut shape doesn't quite fit.

This is the first time I've had one of these. I've used it on various parts of me. It's great for finding knots in my muscles and bits that ache. I think it's doing me good, I certainly feel better for using it. I think the quality is very good, it appears well made. I've had no problems with it.
