Qualität die man sieht und spürt
The media could not be loaded. Besonders zu empfehlen, für alle die nach einer Verletzung oder während der REHA damit arbeiten wollen. Neben der sichtbaren und auch fühlbaren Qualität, kann man hier mit weniger Kraftaufwand die jeweiligen Übungen absolvieren, da die Zugkraft vermindert ist und z.B. bei Schulterübungen dies sehr zugute kommt. Es werden 2 Griffe mitgeliefert die man auch einzeln problemlos mit dem Band verbinden kann, was eine bessere Führung des Bandes bei den jeweiligen Übungen ermöglicht.

Muy buen producto, se nota que es material de calidad. Yo lo uso para elasticidad y va muy bien. También viene con un montón de ejercicios de fuerza que he probado. La recomiendo tanto para elasticidad como para ejercicios de fuerza.
