Bought this for my wife. Worked fine for the first couple of days but then the electric current that messages the under eye area stopped working. I asked for a replacement which came in a few days. That one had the same issue. The company did give a full refund without any hassle.

This product is amazing!! I have been using this three times a day for the past three days and I can already tell a difference. I am almost 50 I have begun to notice small little bags forming under my eyes with you know a little dark Circle and I saw this on Facebook and thought I would give it a try for the price I mean really couldn’t go wrong.. and I couldn’t believe that it was actually working. I wish I would have taken before pictures. I didn’t because I didn’t think it would work but yes, I would absolutely 100% recommend this product to anyone. It’s worked great for me.

This item is useful as described BUT I must warn you to PLEASE follow the instructions to the letter to avoid negative results! And DONT ADD ANY CREAMS OR LOTIONS TO YOUR SKIN WHE USING. My wife had blisters develop under her eyes when applying lotion to the skin and using this product. Took days for the blisters to clear. Good product but again READ THE MANUAL BEFORE USING.

I am too into “instant gratification” as proven by this device. I guess I expected the under eye bags and shadows that I have been fighting for so long to disappear immediately. These don’t work with that speed, but over time I have seen a gradual improvement. It does take consistency in using them, and when I didn’t see an immediate improvement I was ready to stop using them. I’m glad I persevered. My under eye area looks better than it has in years! I still have the shadow but the bags are pretty much gone. I saw positive improvement after approx three weeks and I’m glad that I purchased these!

I was super surprised of how powerful this is. You can really feel it pulsing, like a light rubber band snap. It only goes for 10 minutes and it shuts off. The best part is that I can still wear my glasses with it.

Worked great for a month but stopped working soon after purchasing.

Very disappointed in this item!! After following directions for charging & set up the lights didn’t work at first. After that the message wouldn’t turn on at all. Will return as defective.
