Super straight forward and not fussy…
Just received my cookbook and it has a lot of things I want to try and it looks like the directions are straight forward and not fussy. Following the author on YouTube brought me here as I love his personality and the things he cook when I watch him. Love the the book even have a cocktail section. I will actually be using this book, I can tell.

I love this book! I love Scot’s recipes from Tim too and I’m so glad he put some of his signature dishes in this. I appreciate the Caribbean inspired recipes too! Very good variety as well including appetizers cocktails even sauces!

Exquisite meals!
Not only do these meals turn out absolutely delicious but they are so simple to make. Scot understands flavor combinations like nobodies business and I cannot wait to continue making more recipes. So happy with this purchase.

Open your packages immediately!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I was appalled by this book. It arrived and I didn’t initially open it. Then today when I got around to opening it (I usually buy packages weekly and open them a week later) the first 20 pages were gone and there were tears everywhere. I honestly was disappointed because I really liked the person who created the book but if this is how I’ll receive the book I certainly don’t want it. Thank God I was able to return the book.
