so much leg pain especially at night and, although this cream does tend to smell quite a lot , it’s a medication smell and doesn’t last long It really hits the pain and a tube of extra strong you’ll be grateful you kept aside for knee pain especially.

works really well, certainly does what it says and you need just a little for the effect.

Two active ingredients – menthol and methyl salicylate. Both are well-known, naturally occurring analgesics and help to reduce local pain and inflammation. Menthol also helps to stimulate blood flow in the skin, as, of course, does the action of rubbing the cream into your skin. Once absorbed into the body, methyl salicylate converts to Salicylic Acid, which is good old-fashioned Aspirin, well-known for relieving minor aches and pains, especially headaches. My own experience has been that Deep Heat Max Strength really does work remarkably well at relieving a range of chronic aches and pains, including muscle strain, rheumatism and Sciatica. The cream rubs in easily and is much better absorbed than most other ointments. It remains effective for several hours and can be safely applied more than once a day. It doesn’t appear to stain socks or underwear. It has quite a strong scent of menthol/peppermint – I happen to like it, but it is probably worth waiting a few minutes for it to subside before venturing among crowds.

Value for money

This is a much better form of deep heat. The usual ones seem to leave your skin feelin greasy but this doesn't so it is much nicer to use. It works really quickly too. It is very good for joint pain. I have fibro so this is a godsend for me!

Stinks and you can’t wash it off your hands that well ....you need to use gloves ....but on the pain relief...it’s blooming amazing 😊🤗
