By taking a tablet it energizes me and livens me up. Gives me more energy. I have been taking this product for several years. I have finally worked out a system for myself. If I am going to go out and do anything that needs more energy I take 1 or 2 of the MDR tablets and drink them down and I definately have improved energy and less pain from my bad arthritis and I am good for several hours. I have used MDR for a long enough period to say it does work. I don't take them every day so this method reduces my cost quite a bit too. My last order was in may of 2016 and I am just now august ordering another box of 40. I say it is definitely worth a try and for those worrying about cost try my method and only use them when you need extra energy.

These are wonderful especially fir seniors. 4 stars because they are expensive. 2 of us taking them so it adds up...Very good because they dissolve in a glass of water and every vitamin known to man is in it. Wish they were a little less expensive. But health counts.

I have taken this product for nearly 15 years and find it excellent to help with daily energy and boost balance in the body.It has healing benefits and as a senior/ 65 it helps to keep me on track with energy and keeping a healthy body I never get colds.Because it is a tablet to take with water in gets into the body faster & better than vitamin pills. My fave go to supplement.Worth a try over a month you should feel results pretty much in the first week. Great product!

Great product!! I've been taking this for months and I definitely feel better all around and have more energy. I sleep better at night as well. I am 65, work full time and take care of a 3 year old, so I can't afford to be tired or in a bad mood. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny to keep feeling good and enjoying life.
