Too good. Great pair. But ruined my experience when suddenly the left ows suddenly ceased to function and would not come back on. Aproched service center and gave for rectification and they now sent me a TWS. I bought tnese pairs by shelling a bit more because it licks on to my ears & is not inside my ears. Thats why i did not want to buy a TWS and buy an OWS. Trying to send email to the PTRON but i am able to send email to the world but not on their email address dispayed on website. Gives mailer demon. Now i am stuck with a TWS after Shelling for an OWS. Leave the $ but i did not get what i opted for as a same replacement or rectification in same model. Really disappointed on the brand i trusted from past few years.

Call quality is very clear , eliminates surrounding noise, can be connected to 2 phones, music audio quality is unexpectedly good including bass...and battery life is like, I literally forgot that it needs to be charged

Been using these for over a week now. Couple of things that just stood out for me. These are pretty loud, I was concerned about that considering it did not even go in the ear. The mic quality is fantastic - not 1 person complained about the voice quality. Since nothing is going in the ear there is no ear canal fatigue. I can wear these for 3-4 hours straight and even forget they are there! The biggest win however has to be the battery life - I have tried and used so many TWS over the years and nothing even comes close, I haven't managed to completely drain the battery even once, even after 3-4 hours continuous use. All in all I'm really happy with my purchase and 100% recommended these.

Writing this review after 3 days of use.Excellent sound quality, very comfortable for ears. Fast connection and no extra noise.But charge backup is big worry. Every 4-5 hours of use, battery completely trained and forced to keep in charge case. Though charging is fast, but it must last for one complete day w/o recharge. May anyone revert if this is natural backup time for ear bud or mine is having some technical issue/product fault.

I had high hopes for these headphones, but the sound quality is really disappointing. The audio feels flat and lacks depth, with no real bass or clarity in the highs. Even at higher volumes, the sound remains dull and muffled, making it hard to enjoy music or movies. I expected much better for the price. If you're looking for good sound, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. These just don’t deliver the quality they promise.
