Just like any other insole. If the shoe is uncomfortable, it doesn't add anything. Just buy new shoes and don't waste ur money on insoles!

For comfort, it's a great product, but i was disappointed with the width; it's very narrow which made my pinky feel like it was being pinched all day

Amazing Comfort
OMG These are amazing. I have trouble with my feet hurting on just small walks and have tried many different things. I saw a commercial for these and bought them. I wore these on a 9-day walking tour of Italy. We walked about 16,000 steps per day. My feet did not hurt once. I highly recommend these for people with foot pain.

So comfy and support, I can stand for hours, but remove old insole 1st, otherwise too snug
