Had high hopes for this magnesium glycinate, but it didn’t work well for me. I didn’t notice much improvement in sleep or relaxation, and it sometimes caused mild stomach discomfort. The capsules are easy enough to take, but overall the results were underwhelming. Might work for others, but I wouldn’t repurchase.

This product has been soo good that I stopped taking it during work week, as I kept oversleeping and not hearing my alarms. I introduced my parents to it, now as soon as it’s running low they would start nagging me to get order more. I also introduced it to my sis in law who struggles with sleeping and Alhamdulilah it has helped her soo much.

Like most people, I don't get enough magnesium in my diet (it's more common than most think). I take this with a 3mg melatonin, and it’s made a big difference in how well I sleep. I fall asleep faster and don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore. No weird side effects or groggy feeling in the morning either. Just solid, peaceful sleep. I’ll definitely keep using it.
