Great product and easy transaction, shipped quickly!!
Great little product, it sits on my desk while I work, I love logging into the dashboard to see it chugging along. At first the fan always was on 100% even though my room is cool, I noticed the heatsink was not fully seated, probably moved a little bit during shipping. After I reseated it this thing is quiet now, the fan runs at 60% probably because of the upgraded heatsink. It was easy to get going, and it is fun to look at. I am probably going to buy another just because it has been such a great experience.

This comes with everything you need to get started. There's a card with QR codes for instructions, community, and a podcast for those that are into home mining. It also comes with some cool stickers.The instructions are easy to follow and I had this up and mining in minutes.Well done Solosatoshi!

Unit works properly. Excellent customer service.
Price was very fair. First shipment, the unit didn't work properly. The return was easy and my issue was quickly resolved with a replacement that is working flawlessly. Would definitely buy from them again due to the very good customer service which is a primary reason for me giving them 5 stars. I use it for solo mining. No, I haven't found a BTC block. Fingers crossed.

Broken within 6 months
Miner overheated and broken within 6 months. I've tried all suggested restart options, and spent time reinstalling firmware It's now a $215 paper weight.

Works great! User interface needs updated to control multiple miners from one page.
Love it! It's silent and hashes great! Solo mining now. It does not automatically open page when connected to wifi so that would be nice if they fixed that but you can just manually find the miner through .local or ip. Will be getting more.UPDATE: running two. network did not like the hostname being similar so if it won't connect change hostname to something completely different. Also, you cannot view the miners from one page you have to go to each ip so that needs to be changed. If they update the user interface to be able to control all miners from one page (not just a view of the 'swarm') I will 5 star.Great customer service. They respond quickly. Will be getting more.
