This device is not suitable for average users. Setting it up is extremely challenging. I’ve tried all possible combinations in the access control settings, but I’m still unable to achieve the desired outcome. Additionally, the internet connection becomes inconsistent and slower when this device is connected. It hardly blocks YouTube ads. In fact, most of the time, the first thing that appears after opening a video is an ad. Their customer support is also very poor. I’ve been dealing with them for over a week, but their responses have been completely useless.

After using this device for a while, I can confidently say it’s nothing like what the company advertises. They market this as a decentralized private network with hundreds of thousands of users, but in reality the nodes available to connect to are extremely limited and almost none of them show more than 30 users online. The whole “500,000 users” claim feels exaggerated because the network you actually access looks tiny. They also advertise that you get connected through residential IPs. That was one of the main reasons I bought it. But every single IP I tested was from a data center. DigitalOcean, Vultr, and other cloud providers — not one real residential IP in my experience. So the “residential DPN” claim is basically false. Speed is another major issue. No matter which country or server I selected — US, Europe, Middle East, anywhere — the device never went above 15–20 Mbps. It doesn’t matter that my home internet is 1 Gbps; this device is hard-capped by its own weak hardware. On top of that, the connection is full of jitter and unstable ping, sometimes worse than using a normal VPN app on a phone. The company sells this for a high price and calls it a “lifetime” device, but their own terms say they can shut down the service, the website, or the network at any time without responsibility. So the lifetime guarantee doesn’t mean much, and if they shut down the network, the $300 device instantly becomes useless. Overall, the product relies heavily on hype and marketing. It sounds impressive on paper, but in reality it doesn’t deliver anything close to what’s promised. For the price, the performance and transparency are just not worth it. A normal VPN performs better, is more stable, and costs far less. I cannot recommend this device based on my experience.
