This is a very strong flavoring. I recommend that you use less than your recipe calls for and taste test before using the full recipe amount. We were making Black Walnut ice cream which both my wife and I love. We started with 1/2 the amount of flavoring the recipe called for and found it to be plenty flavorful.

The taste was exactly what was expected The cake color was a lighter yellow than I remembered. Definitely buy again when needed. Can’t make a Butternut cake without it!

I don't know what it about this company's prroducts that makes my food taste so much better tasting but I will be buying this brand of flavoring for now on. I feel it worth my money to keep in my cabinets stocked up.

I've been using this for years. I'm A freak for anything coconut and I put this in my morning frozen coffee.

I have been using Black Walnut extract for 65 years. This is the poorest excuse for it I have ever seen! There is absolutely no flavor what-so-ever. Not even an aroma. It's like colored water! I'll never buy anything from this brand again!

It actually tastes like natural strawberries but it's super weak so I had to use half the bottle for one cake. (It's mostly water so if you don't reduce the liquids in your cake it'll mess up the recipe).
