Taste great....take them at night with melatonin. Do they do anything?....don't know...but they taste good : )

Great supplements
These are great supplements that are very healthy for you in a very easy to consume form. It even taste great. It does lose a star, though for the very small amount of magnesium that actually has in it so you either have to take a few or gear this more towards children.
