If you plan on taking this on a vacation and using it in a rental car, buy a camera that TEMPORARILY mounts to the rear view mirror. This camera only has mounting tape. I discovered this after we arrived in Europe. MY FAULT for not reading the description. I’m going to exchange for something that is practical for my purpose. Otherwise, seems like a good product.

We bought our first Blackvue in 2013, and we now have them in all of our cars. What more do I need to say.

I bought a BlackVue DR970X-1CH Plus 64GB camera. You can install and start it without any difficulties. Cons: Video shooting is jerky. The video is played back sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly. There is no clarity of frames. The license plates of cars that are in the video frame are not visible. My previous camera of this brand stopped turning on after a year and a half of use. I will see what will happen with this one and how it will work. After a while, I will add information about the operation of this video recorder.

Doesn't upgrade! Wish I hadn't purchased. Extremely disappointed

Good, but I would like to purchase the rear camera.

Great camera. Wish the installation directions were better. Thankfully YouTube helps. Mount is wear, went with a separate rear view mount. Their customer service however is garbage.

Returned this camera without even bothering to install as the appnis so bad. You can’t even use it without first enabling location access and creating an account.Don’t give this company all your data just to be able to access your dashcam.

The camera seemed new but the camera holder that holds the camera to the windshield was used. Had off brand two-sided tape and could see the old tape underneath. Fell off the windshield.
