SAMYAM Gymnema Leaves Powder - 200g Pack | Gurmar/Gymnema Sylvestre, Sugar Destroyer

A single serving is only half a teaspoon. So although this is only a 200g pack it should last quite a bit. The packaging is basic a carbboard box and the powder is contained in a plastic pouch. The pouch is not resealable so you many want to transfer it to a better container to avoid spillage or contamination. It would have been nice if they could have supplied a container with a resealable lid or pouch. I'm not sure how effective this is at the moment so will need to continue testing.

As you only need such a small amount of this, it could be better packaged as I’ve had to transfer mine into resealable tub as you need such a small amount I’ve added this to my morning smoothie as for my sweet tooth. I can’t comment one way or the other as I have not really noticed any difference as of yet, but I will definitely keep up with it and update further down the line.

Helps me to manage sugar cravings. I mix it into the water, and it’s easy to take. I have it every morning I’ve noticed a reduction in my sweet tooth, which is helpful to maintain balanced diet. The pack size is generous, which will last me for a long time. Very pleased with the results. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Would recommend, and buy more.

I have not heard of Gymnema before and had to do some research on it. While it sounded quite intriguing to have something that would curb my sweet tooth, I sadly did not get on well with the taste. I tried it dilluted in water and in a yogurt. Maybe other people have better experience, but this one is not for me.

I don't really know if this product would work for me or not as the taste is so odd and unappealing that I can't bring myself to take it. If it does work then what a great idea, perhaps if they made it more palatable it would really take off...
