Magnets are just right in strength
My one year old nephew loved these. The magnets are just the right strength.

Great quality apart from the mat
Really good quality. Nice, strong magnets and great for playing with no educational value for very young children. Big downside is that the numbers are back to front, as in number 1 on the right and number 10 on the left, so no good for learning correct number order when the child reaches this stage.

Too narrow
Not a hit. I was hoping the magnets would generate some interest. The carriages are too narrow and topple over easily. Even an adult will struggle to keep this train upright.
