Would recommend to anyone interested in doing some kickboxing at home.
What a great purchase! We use these kinds of bags at the gym that my son and I attend and have really enjoyed getting to work on some of our conditioning at home now too! Great quality material, shipping was timely and fantastic. Very easy to set up and they had great suggestions of materials to fill the bag with and how to get the best balance of firm but not too hard in the bag. Looking forward to many years of having this in our house.

Great bag
I use this almost daily. Almost 3 years now. Holding well. Im 145lb and kick and punch with many MMA strikes. Muay Thai. All types. I used an old 70lb bag filling to start but was no where near enough Update … over 6 years now !! Still going. I may need to get another at some point. The rings that hold bag are wearing. Maybe they will rub through before the next bolt this time ! Bag has fallen twice due to 1/2 inch bolts breaking. Lol. I would prefer that didn’t happen…..

Excellent Heavy Bag, easy to fill and hang up
Bag came with detailed instructions on what to use to fill it with. I was going to use sand so I'm glad that Instructions came with it. It took me 2 days of stuffing and weighing it down to compress the fabric before I hung it up. My bag is about 5 lbs over what it is rated so I am happy about that. I would buy one of these again!
