This kit is great for beginners! It comes with everything you need to get started. The silicone containers are great, and much easier to wash than the wooden ones that come in other kits..

Works ok, I did break it fast though. My house is cold, so I had it sitting in the oven while off... DON'T DO that..... forgot it was there.... didn't get to use the jar much.... I wanted a larger jar anyway. I still use the rest of the stuff.

Everything you need to make bread and sourdough starter. Don't follow recipe for starter with yeast though. It's better to look online ...most starters take at least a week to set

Missing pieces
Missing pieces! Did not receive all items listed. I was missing scoring tool and dough wisk. What i did recieve did seem of decent quality.
