A truly tremendous and honest piece of writing!
This is well worth its purchase price and your time to read it!This is one of the most straightforward and resourceful business books you'll find today.Dan's writing is not only insightful but also refreshingly honest. Unlike many ego-driven books, Dan openly shares his failures and mistakes and, more importantly, how he overcame them. This humility makes the book relatable, and the wisdom, practical tools, and strategies it offers are even more valuable.I've already applied some of the lessons from the book, and the results have been overwhelmingly positive. If you're looking for a motivational boost, gentle encouragement, or a way to level up, this book is for you.

A Must Read ..
This is a must read for everyone, no matter where you are in your life right now. For me personally it landed on my doorstep at just the right time.Iām going through a lot of transition in my life and it was as though Dan was speaking to me personally whilst reading the book. Itās written in a very personable way that itās like a coaching session. This is bloke who has been there, seen it, done it ⦠and continues to thrive. Itās about keeping going no matter what, remembering your why, standing strong and keeping going no matter what. There is tough love in there, combined with a big hug and words of wisdom and guidance. Itās written in a way that is very relatable, broken down into key stages of how you bring happiness into your life. Happiness that combines everything - personal life, business, self-worth, growth, purpose, expansion and being unapologetically you. There is also a great bonus section and a portal you can access which gives you extra tools to help you on your journey. Iāve been using these alongside reading the book.I highly recommend this book :-)

Great Read & Great Advice
Very good read by Dan. I caught myself nodding along, smirking, laughing and even cried at one point (I'm soft on family related issues)Numerous times I raised my eyebrow with intrigue at ideas in the book, if I do this once per book it's been worth the small price of a book so well worth it for me

Another fšcking winner!
This is exactly what you'd expect from Dan: a whirlwind of swearing, brutal honesty, and genuinely good advice wrapped up in a hilariously entertaining package. Only Dan could make self-help this fun, and let's be honest, we're all here for it.True to form, Dan doesn't waste time with the usual fluff. He dives right into what it takes to be genuinely happy, and he does it with the subtlety of a sledgehammer. But that's why we love him, right? He's like that friend who tells you to get your act together while handing you a beer...The book is filled with Dan's signature blend of practical wisdom and laugh-out-loud stories. It's like getting a pep talk from your most brutally honest buddy who also happens to know a thing or two about living a fulfilling life. His advice is spot-on and, more importantly, actionable. You can't help but nod along as he lays out his blueprint for happiness. What makes this book stand out is Dan's unfiltered authenticity. He urges us to embrace our true selves and stop pretending to be something we're not. It's refreshing, it's empowering, and coming from Dan, it's like a heartfelt kick in the pants. So, if you're ready to get your act together and have a few laughs along the way, "How to be Fšcking Happy" is the book for you. Dan Meredith, you've done it again. Hats off to you for making the world a little bit happier, one swear word at a time. Highly recommended!

A great follow up
Itās no stretch to say the first book changed my life. Itās short, pithy and full of punch which was perfect at the time. This one is more in depth and contains a wealth of brilliantly simple lessons wrapped up in a really engaging series of life stories. Feels like a conversation to read & has a lovely tone to it along with a very clear honesty. It also has simple takeaways at the end of each chapter to give you a good round up so the points are easy to refer back to.Iām quite a happy person and yet even I got a lot from this book!

Easy but informative read...
I enjoyed this book, and Dan's writing style was as expected. I was worried it might be a bit 'manly', but I found much of it relatable. As you can see from my photo, I've added many tabs for reference and an excellent Trello summary to match! lol. Now I'm off to be more like the fella in the cowboy hat š¤ ! Yeehaw!!

His storytelling, ease of reading, solid tips and simplicity is addicting!
I love how simple the advice is so far. I can tell a lot of thought has gone into structuring it the way it is and the wisdom from Dan oozes off of every page through his experience and with practical tips thatās worked for him. Iāve already taken lots of notes and Iām only at chapter 5. Will be rereading this to review my progress after applying the advice. Highly recommend this book even if youāre a bit curious on how to be happy - his storytelling, ease of reading and simplicity is addicting. Canāt wait to finish it.
