Since rising blood sugars prompted a change away from the couch potato life to a much more active existence I have kitted out a home gym room and partake in daily exercise. I have plenty of long tracksuit bottoms but only one pair of shorts and with summer around the corner, as well as a trip to sunnier climes and staying in a hotel with a gym, I needed at least a second pair to avoid the daily laundering.I was drawn to these shorts for a few reasons. Firstly they are quick drying, secondly they will have some stretch due to containing Elastane, third they are breathable to help dissipate the inevitable sweat and fourth they have zipped pockets so my phone can be stored away safely. One thing I am always unsure about is which size to order. I have found ordering off the 'net to be a bit of a lottery. I am a size 33" waist and Large in these shorts is given as 33.9" and so I went with that.As it happened the sizing turned out to be spot on and I didn't need to tighten the draw cord. The waistband is elasticated and allows for a fair bit of expansion in case the hotel's extensive cake selection proves too difficult to resist. The pockets are a good size and are zipped so I will feel confident that my phone will not fall out.The material feels synthetic but isn't unpleasant and there are small breathing holes in the back near to the waistband. Hopefully these will aid the dissipation of moisture. I would say the shorts are only moderately well made as the seams are only single stitched. I do like double seams as that confers some extra durability and, at a price of £18.99, I would expect that higher level of quality.Overall I do like the shorts and I will doubtless find them very useful this summer with their quick drying ability being a good positive factor.

Lightweight

I am happy with these shorts. They look good and are very decent quality. The material is lightweight and a bit rougher than I expected (most of my other sports shorts are softer) but the shorts are very comfortable to wear. I particularly like the zipped pockets as I can carry my keys easily when running and don't have to worry about losing them.

I ordered my usual size XL and the shorts fit me well. The 10% elastane 90% polyester mix gives the shorts a slight elasticity that makes them comfortable to wear. I intend to wear them primarily for the gym as they look and feel more like sports shorts than casual wear. However, the zipped pockets are a good feature to keep keys and other valuables secure meaning they could also be worn as beach wear on Summer holidays. The shorts have no lining so will have to be worn with underpants beneath. I was able to try these for free on Amazon Vine but given they come from an unknown brand £19 does seem expensive for unlined shorts. When buying shorts for the gym at that price I would normally expect to get 2 in 1 shorts with a compression lining.

These are very lightweight shorts that would be very useful to do any sports activities in the summer when it is very hot.They are very lightweight which is an advantage and because of the material they are also very quick drying.The fit is good and also the zip allows you to have things in the pocket and not lose them. Because they are very lightweight I think they are only ideal in very warm weather where they perform well.Quality seems okay though longevity will only show with more use and washes. Overall they are useful and work well.

Auch bei inzwischen warmen Wetter ist die Laufhose sehr komfortabel zu tragen.Schweiß wird gut abtransportiert und da die Hose bei mir etwa 2 cm oberhalb des Kniebereichs endet, rutscht da auch kein Stoff bei jedem Schritt über das Knie.Durch die seitlich eingeschnittenen Beine gibt es nie das Gefühl, daß die Bewegung irgendwie eingeschränkt ist, weder bei langen Schritten noch bei den abschließenden Dehnübungen.Zwei Reißverschlußtaschen gehören für mich bei Laufhosen unbedingt dazu, ich will mir beim Sport keinen Kopf um eventuell verlorene Schlüssel machen müssen und bei zwei Taschen kann ich Haus- und Autoschlüssel schön voneinander trennen, so daß sie sich nicht ständig aneinander scheuern.Die Reißverschlüsse laufen sauber, ob das nach vielen Wäschen auch noch so sein wird kann ich noch nicht bewerten.Ich habe meine übliche deutsche (oder europäische) Größe gewählt und die paßt auch bei dieser Laufhose.Fazit: Rundum empfehlenswert.

Ich schätze es sehr, dass ich beim Laufen oder im Fitnessstudio keine zusätzlichen Gepäckstücke mitnehmen muss.Die SIHOHAN Sporthose ist eine hervorragende Wahl für sportbegeisterte Männer, die eine bequeme, atmungsaktive und schnelltrocknende Hose benötigen. Sie sitzt perfekt, sieht gut aus und bietet praktischen Stauraum. Ich empfehle sie wärmstens weiter!

Leichte bequeme Sporthose, habe sie nun einige male bei Fitness getragen.Super bequeme und leicht, besonders die Taschen mit den Reißverschlüssen finde ich super Praktisch endlich habe ich einen sicheren Platz für meine zugangskarte zum Gym.Hoffe das sie nach der ersten Wäsche immer noch so top aussieht.Gruß Tom

Ich habe diese Sporthose in L, und sie entspricht gut dem, was ich unter L – meiner typischen Größe – kenne. Die Shorts passt und steht mir. Wobei ich hinzufügen möchte, dass sie schon ein ganz klein wenig enger geschnitten ist, als mir zum Vergleich zur Verfügung stehende, aber dafür ist sie hier sehr elastisch und dehnbar.Sie besitzt keine Innenhose. Das ist an sich nur ein Hinweis und keine Kritik, denn viele wollen keine Innenhose; aber diese Eigenschaft hätte meiner Meinung nach in der Artikelbeschreibung erwähnt werden sollen.Der elastische Stoff ist nicht nur voll synthetisch, sondern fühlt sich auch ein wenig so an – vielleicht etwas in Richtung Badehose.Hinten oben ist quer ist eine breite Stoffpartie in Netzgewebe gehalten. In diesem Bereich schwitzt man am ehesten, und durch diese besonders funktionelle Machart wird der Schweiß sehr gut abgeleitet.An beiden Seiten gibt es je einen in etwa senkrechten reflektierenden Streifen, der zwar schmal ist, aber lang und ein wenig schräg, sodass die beiden das Licht nicht nur seitlich, sondern auch etwas nach vorne zurückstrahlen und so der Sicherheit dienen.Das breite und feste Gummiband am Bund schneidet gar nicht ein und hält die Shorts gut in der richtigen Position; sie rutscht gar nicht nach unten; sodass ich den zusätzlich Kordelzug fast nicht benötige, bzw. höchstens dann verwende und festziehe, wenn ich etwas schweres wie mein Smartphone in der Tasche habe.Die Hose besitzt zwei schöne Taschen, die sogar mit je einem flachen und leichtgängigen Reißverschluss verschlossen werden können.Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut; die sehr schönen Nähte sind fest, gleichmäßig und ohne jegliche losen Fäden.
