Waste of money
Didn't do anything for me. And it's boring. The same flavors, every day, twice a day. Why not at least mix up the flavors? The mix tends to clump up and it's gross when it does that. I feel I was seriously ripped off of a couple hundred bucks. Do NOT recommend.
