I’ve been really pleased with the COLAMY High Back Executive Office Chair. It was easy to assemble, feels solidly built, and the cushioning is genuinely comfortable — supportive without being too firm. The high back gives great posture support, especially during long stretches at the desk. The flip‑up arms are a brilliant feature, making it easy to slide the chair under the desk or create more space when needed. The leather finish looks smart and is easy to wipe clean, which is a bonus. Overall, it’s a great combination of comfort, adjustability, and style. A very good chair for home working or study, and excellent value for the quality.

I have just finished putting it together and I have to say, sat here on it for the first time, I am impressed. I am around 180cm (6ft) tall and around 85kg (13.5st) and this feels like a much better chair than I have used in office or at home. It feels sturdy and comfortable with a nice amount of back recline, back support and adjustments needed. Time will tell on longevity, but no reason to think this will not last. It also moves around on carpet well enough for me too. Putting it together is easy enough, don't make my mistake and fasten the arm bolts too tight before you added the back, you need a little wiggle room to get all 4 bolts in place before tightening up (as suggested in the decent instructions, to be fair ;-))

Pro's - The chair is fairly heavy and incredibly sturdy compared to my Ikea chair. It is made of high quality materials and is very easy to assemble, requiring only four bolts to be inserted and tightened using the supplied tool and then the four headrest bolts to be removed and reinserted to fix the headrest in place. The base of the chair, back rest supports and the arm rest fixings are solid slabs of shiny aluminium, which are wonderful quality and fit together perfectly. The seat height is adjustable and the arms are 4 way adjustable. Height, width, front/back and swivel. The seat pad is also adjustable forwards and backwards, with a recessed handle on the left. The back will recline and the tension can be fine tuned to suit. In practice, this works incredibly well. The recline can't be locked in place, though you can set a limit to how far back it moves. The arms are attached in a manner that they also recline with you, which is perfect. The head rest is excellent, though the friction to move it forwards is quite high. That also means it will not easily move out of place. Cons - The seat pad is quite firm and I sometimes wish for a softer pad. The EU / UK version unfortunately does not come with the leather seat pad, like the US version. The height of the arms locks in place, but the other movements are not lockable, so they will shift when moving the chair. The arm pads are very firm and I wish there was a bit more soft padding on top. I would also prefer if the arm rests could be adjusted to be a bit narrower, as we are not all American size. The casters are high quality and smooth rolling, though they can be a bit hard to move on carpet. The only real annoyance is that the plastic panel under the base, for the depth adjustment, clonks loudly when I shift my weight to the left. Other than that, it's a very good chair and is highly recommended.

Soft cozy leather , bought for a gift, well made chair with good support that was really needed. A very nice looking chair with lots of adjustable features for personalised comfort.

So I’ve got this chair today put it together in about 20 minutes very easy super comfy love the bladder lumbar support which is very good for me as I have a bad back. All the adjustments are really good work as they should the the tilt function is very good you can have it as stiff or as soft as you like

This chair is a really good chair it just was not high enough for me. I did not return it because it is a nice chair and if i had not had my neck broken at C4 and C5 i could have use it. I need a chair high enough to support my neck when i am using my computer for long hours. I gave it to my grandson for a gaming chair,he was thrilled. So we both won i didn't have to send it back and he is happy. It says high back,but i am 5'11" inches and my head goes over the top of it. I hope this helps someone decide. The design and the quality of this chair is really excellent. I should mention the assembly of this chair is really very easy. It is a quality chair well worth the money in my opinion. The reclining mechanism works very well. The inflatable lumbar support is a nice low budget addition to this chair. If you don't need constant neck support as i do i would recommend this chair. It is an excellent product for the money.

The chair was easy to assemble. Anyone who is even a bit handy should be able to do it on their own. It looks nice. The seat and backrest are fairly firm, although that might change with use. The backrest is a bit more upright than other chairs I have sat in and is not adjustable relative to the seat cushion. I am 6'1" and 230 lbs and find it fairly comfortable. The inflatable lumbar support allows for some adjustment to suit the individual. Whether the bonded leather holds up decently or starts to flake off in a few months remains to be seen. For the price, I am very satisfied with the purchase. Update: I have been sitting on the chair for over two months on a daily basis and is it holding up well. One small thing: the fold up armrests are somewhat more outboard than on a typical chair, which means when you use both armrests your arms are a bit splayed out. This would also probably mean that for smaller users, the armrests are a bit far apart to comfortably use a keyboard with both arms on the armrests.
