I started using these a several months ago to see if it could balance out my mood swings and low energy levels. They worked SO well. If I miss them for a few days in a row, I know it. I am so much more anxious without them. I’m only 43 so I don’t really have hot flashes yet, so I can’t vouch for that aspect. My energy levels improved quite a bit when I first started taking them, but now that I’ve been on them for a while I don’t feel the increased energy anymore. There is no real scent or flavor, slightly tastes like cardboard but nothing gaggy like other supplements.

I have noticed that this helps with my night sweats.

I loved it!

Took for a couple months, night sweats seemed better for a day or 2, but have since returned as they were before, waking up with a soaked shirt in the middle of the night. Otherwise didn't notice any difference. Definitely doesn't help regulate my cycles, either. Will be trying a different product.

Good supplements. I feel like they made me feel more relaxed.
