Made my life so much better. Take the minimum 5 mg every morning with coffee. On my run workout days 10 mg. And run days 10-15 mg. Split them up into 5 mg drinks or coffees. Feeling stronger, no brain fog, no laziness, no cramping muscles. I feel 30 again.

I have been taking this for a 3 weeks now and I am very happy with the results. I work out 5 days a week and have noticed a big difference versus working out without it. Also the company is based out of Montana and have heard really good things about the quality of all their products. I put it in my coffee in the morning and in my thermos that I take with me.
