Great replacement for fluorescent
Have several fluorescent in the basement. I heard there were converter kits but didn’t want to mess with that and I didn’t want to have to replace the fixtures. Found these and tried them out. Easy peazy. Been in for about a month now and work great.

Plug&Play perfectly
I ordered 8 bulbs, they arrived in a well boxed package. None was damaged, every bulb worked perfectly. Light is strong white. Note that bulb works with original Ballard for 10 minutes then shut down. After Ballard is bypassed, everything is fine. Love these bulbs.

They don't work in regular fixtures without modification
They claim to work with ballasts but then say input voltage 100-277V directly on the tube It's easier to replace the entire light assembly at this point.

Great lighting!
These are awesome lights. Light up my whole garage. Hopefully will last longer than normal bulbs. Will buy again!

Seem to work pretty well
I've only installed a few of the ones that I got, but so far I can say they've worked very well. I like the fact that you can just install them without having to do any kind of Transformer conversion. Just wish they came in smaller amounts to purchase

Don’t look directly into lights!!! You will hurt your eyes!!
Super easy conversion to LED flame fluorescent and a T8 4 foot four bulb fixture popped the bulbs out pop the cover off the ballast cut the four common wires wire direct to the common wire coming in cut the four hot wires wire them directly to the hot wire coming in put the cover back on put the new bulbs in wow this is great!!!
