Great Ab Workout
Got this for my daughter, but ended up using it for myself. It was easy to use and feel the impact on your abs immediately. It targets your core which is where I need the most help.That product has solid build and it can take a beating.Will look out for more products.

Noisy and rough operation
I don’t know if it was used and returned or damaged in shipment, but it the manufacturer box had a dented corner and greasy stains on the outside. Th item itself was noisy and didn’t move smoothly.
