My electrician couldn’t get them to work
My electrician had a really tough time getting this to work correctly. Eventually forcing me to swap out with a different brand and return these. The water would come out scalding hot even if I turned the temps to minimums on the unit. After running for a while the LED displays would only display “E4” error code. I had 6 all with the same issues. Waste of time and money

DON’T BUY
This deserves 0 stars, DO NOT BUY. Wasted money and time, says it will run 2 showers and 2 sinks & not runout of hot water, yet it doesn’t even spit out hot water & the more water pressure, the more it gets ice cold instead of hot like it should’ve.JUNK!!!!!!!

This thing DOES NOT WORK! hot water for 3 seconds and then the flow is too much. it's a basic garage sink. hardly in use. says consistent hot water. no way! it's literally like having the tank kind, but the tank only holds 3 cups of water. COMPANY - PLEASE CONTACT ME. I WAITED A MONTH TO INSTAL AND NOW I CANT GET A REFUND. THIS THING DOES NOT WORK! oh and I had a contractor instal it who knows what he is doing.

Terrible! Do not buy!
Heater burned out the electrical board within a week. I received a new board, which didn't fit. Then another board which didn't work. It's been nothing but a waste of time and money.

Not installable as instructed.
Professional electrician stated that it could not be wired per instruction manual included as the instruction manual has no neutral wire noted. He proceeded to install after contacting Rheem cs. No joy. The item failed to power on. Idk. Install money wasted. Item returned. Done with that.

Keep looking, this isn't it.
30 day warranty? It might make it slightly outside 30 days. But then you're SOL. Was used for hot water in an office to do break room dishes now and then. Sounds like it should last longer than 6 months huh?
