This is a MASSIVE size bottle! It has a lot of supplement pills that’ll help with your bone density and joints. This bottle is essentially the same as the ones you can get from Costco which gives it a lot of value for your money. The quality of the supplement seems good too, my mom, the person who’s drinking this says it’s easy to swallow and her body absorbs the nutrients very well

My husband takes supplements such as this to potentially help his joints. I like that this triple strength formula from Piping Rock has 300 caplets lasting 150 days when taken at the recommended 2 per day. This formula is comprehensive containing not only the usual glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM but also manganese, potassium, turmeric root extract, Boswellia Serrata resin, gelatin, vitamin C, and citrus bioflavonoid extract. Time will tell if it works better than what he was previously taking but I like this formula and the large amount of caplets in the container.

These might have a coating on them but it isn't enough to mask the bad taste.

Not sure why the lid was ripped off and not in the package. Safety seal also broken. Bummer. Packing was in-tact though. Not safe/or going to take obviously.
