Probably the best headset I have ever used. Really good sound quality from them better than some of the higher profile and more expensive makes like sennheiser / sony. Keep in mind there cost a little bit more than your standard cheap headphones but not a pricey as the dedicated studio type headphones mentioned above. Initially I had problems with the microphone not working and was going to return them. The headphones where that good I decided to keep them. Mic just stared working a day later for no reason but the on off switch was reversed? Mic itself is surprisingly good now it works. Few things to keep in mind. It is a wired headset not wireless. Mic is switched on and off via switch on the wire right beside the volume control. Wire is probably about 2 meters or so in length. Its designed for gaming, but I use it for gaming and video editing and the odd film. Worth the money, even better if its on sale ;)

Good sound, Very comfortable to wear. The surround sound is amazing when coupled with programs that use it. They work well at blocking out external noise , but if you want to be able to hear what is going on around you there is a setting in the software that allow external sounds to come over the headphone great for night time gaming but still able to hear if the phone rings, The headband is strong yet light and comfortable, and the microphone is detachable which is useful, there is a volume control on the lead as well as a microphone mute switch.

I saw the reviews, asked chatgpt what they thought, and this seemed like the best headphones I could find. Black Friday deal, special edition, what's not to love. It then arrives at my door, I plug it in. Literally sound only comes out of 1 earphone, so I search fixes on youtube and try them all. NOTHING. The sound would only play out of 1 of the earphones either left or right. So no the earphones weren't even broken, the thing just did not even work. So then I go to Logitech support and try everything they say, the guy then asks for the serial number and says its under the ear cushion and says its detachable. So I take the ear cushion off to find out I took off the wrong side, so then I'm just trying to get the "detachable" ear cushion back on the headset and its impossible, I use a youtube tutorial, I ask the Logitech guy, I've spent hours trying to get this back on. IT DOES NOT WORK. So not only does the sound not work WHICH IS THE MAIN FEATURE, the detachable feature doesn't even work and I also did try the mic a few times which also didn't seem to work at all. I will keep trying to fix it until tomorrow, if nothing works I will be returning. Sad that Logitech which is seen as a superior gaming brand is literally such bad quality. No disrespect but this is actually horrible, I am currently using ones that are much cheaper and older and its doing so much better. So disappointed with this, wouldn't recommend buying at all. I will not be buying from Logitech again that is for sure.

Nice headphones, good sound. Headphones worked great out of the box (Windows 11) but, although mic was detected, it refused to work. I'm reasonably tech savvy but dutifully followed the useless AI troubleshooting instructions all to no avail. The headphones worked perfectly, but the mic was completely void of input. Finally I found someone on reddit suggesting I swap the two jacks on the headphones, then swap them back again. I didn't like this as I knew the mic was in the correct socket (it has a bespoke square mould to fit the socket) but, as what was approaching a last resort, I tried it. I put the mic in the aux socket and the aux plug in the mic, then swapped them back to how they should be. Instantly the mic started working and everything is fine. I have no idea how that fixed it, but if anyone else is experiencing microphone problems I suggest trying it! Aside from that they're nice headphones to replace the G432s I have been using for a couple of years and only give them a 4 star because of the mic issue.

they were a comfortable fit, with good sound quality and the mic quality was decent, i originally intended to just have it plugged into my ps5 but the dongle that arrived with it didn’t work and would only have output and as any mic input could not be heard by others and would play into my headphones. then after 9 months almost to the day the left driver stopped producing any noise at all

Voici mon retour après quelques jours d’utilisation : Performances et caractéristiques Ce casque offre un son de qualité professionnelle grâce à ses transducteurs PRO-G 50 mm. Le rendu audio est clair, précis et immersif, que ce soit pour le gaming ou pour écouter de la musique. Les basses sont profondes sans écraser les médiums, et les aigus sont bien définis. Le micro détachable Blue VO!CE est également un atout majeur. La qualité de l’enregistrement est excellente, idéale pour le gaming, les appels ou même du streaming. Le casque est léger, confortable et bien ajusté grâce à son arceau en aluminium et ses coussinets en mousse à mémoire de forme.
