The height of the roundhouse is 6.25" The length of the roundhouse from inside corner to inside corner is 8.75"

A turntable came with the Maxim Roundhouse I received. Packages of various sections and types of track are also available from Amazon - from both Brio and Maxim

Q: What length of trains fit inside the turntable? (Will the longer trains fit?)

For the turntable, the train's wheelbase needs to be less than 3.25 inches long. The roundhouse is 5.75 inches deep. A 4.5" train will fit in the roundhouse, but the door won't close. Hope this helps Kevin.

Q: Does this fit with the kid kraft tracks?

As long as your KidKraft train tracks are wood then yes this Roundhouse Turntable Combo will work perfect with your Wooden Train Set.
