Naturally sweet flavor, lasts a long time
I purchased cistus tea for extra immune support. I love herbal teas and read up on the benefits of cistus so decided to give it a try. I love how this product is organic and naturally sweet. I do not need to add any sweetener but I like to add almond milk to taste. 200 tea bags will last a long time so it is definitely worth it.

easier than loose tea
I am always amazed at the products that Amazon carries and am so glad that they carry this tea and in easy to use bags. I read all reviews before ordering and they helped me immensely in how to brew this tea. On You Tube I found a video by Dr. Klinghardt on how to brew cistus tea. He advises boiling the tea for 5 minutes and to keep the lid on so as not to lose the essential oils in evaporation. Repeat this 2 more times after each batch cools. Sweeten with stevia. He suggests drinking 6-8 cups per day. I will be lucky if I drink 2-3 cups. In a quart of filtered water I use 3 tea bags. I know that people with lyme will be interested in buying this when they look into Klinghardt's protocol. This is one we can easily do. Many blessings on your journey towards health. Mine has been 30 years but have improved tremendously. I hope this tea takes me a step further in my health journey.

Good tea with powerful properties
I've been drinking this tea daily for the last few weeks and have been enjoying it without any issues. I have felt calmer and less driven to overreact despite life being incredibly stressful lately. I have had PCOS for decades and have managed to keep it under control (meaning my cycle is very regular and predictable) with diet and supplements alone so I was surprised that my period came over a week early since starting on the tea. I had read that it was good for hormone balancing so I imagine this is par for the course but I figured I'd share in case others experience something similar. Overall, I recommend this tea and will repurchase it.

Seems to work well
As per Dr. Dietrich Klinghardts recommendation I am using this to treat chronic viral fungal and parasite issues along with lyme disease. I make one pitcher a day and add stevia and a cinnamon stick. It is important to rebrew this tea 3-4x to unlock additional phenolic compounds that do not come out the first time. I also have what I suspect is a chronic infection in my jaw from having my wisdom teeth removed that is causing a lot of ear pain. First used this a couple months ago for a week with good results but I am going to give it a try here for a month straight to see how all of my issues resolve. Will update.Update: 11/6/20 Still have a bunch left. Forgot to commit for a month straight but Ill take this for 1-2 weeks per run drinking 3-4 16oz cups a day. I have a long regiment of supplements but this is still one of my favorites for feeling better. It works!

Not for a sensitive belly
Little harsh on the lyme belly. If you are prone to constipation, I wouldnt use this. I will have to figure out what to do with this. All of us are different so it may not have the same effects on you.

Best Cistus tea on amazon
I ordered this cistus tea from Amazon because my favorite herbal shop in town doesn't carry it in loose leaf bulk. I drink a cup every morning and sweeten it with a little bit of stevia because it is kind of bitter on it's own. I ordered a different brand on here and it was almost 4 times as much per bag. It is the same exact organic tea grown in Albania. I definitely will keep a bag of this stocked in my tea cabinet.
