We live in TX so we all know that it's hot as all get out down here right now. And our AC went out . We ordered this one it was shipped out super fast. Was so excited to finally get here. I will say being my first time having one I didn't know much so I had to reach out to customer service for help. They were amazing 😍 . They helped walk me step by step in fixing everything I was having issues with. I will say it cools amazing it easy to install once you realize it's actually simple. Don't let it fool you like it did me lol. I just needed a smaller window panel since I live in a mobile home. It's quite doesn't take up much room and I don't have to worry about it hanging out the window like the bulky ones. If you do use the dehumidifier beware it's amazing 😍 it removed 11 gallons of humidity from my living room in 12 hrs. You will definitely need to have a longer hose to drain it outside or to a drain. You don't need to use the hose unless you want to use the dehumidifier. Keeps my living room cool and I have happy kids and pups. Again want to thank customer service so much for having patience with me and helping me. Also make sure when you install it to get the metal aluminum tape not duck tape to seal the window so you don't have any leaks. That also helps keep any small creatures out by sealing all the tiny cracks. Also I love it has a remote control and that the vent swings up and down distributing the air.

It's technically a 10,0000 btu. Still a very solid potable a/c. Much better than the standard 8k btu. If you look closely, you will notice many of these are made in the same factory but sre sold under different names for vastly different prices. Choose one like this. No name, yet you're still getting the same one that is sold for $500+Btw. It comes with everything you need to get started. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase

It runs quiet, the included remote control was an awesome touch, and it fits perfect under my desk. I needed a portable AC for the summer and this thing looks super nice and performs well. Makes ANY room any temperature easily. Sleep timer works well, and it can do Fan, AC, or Dehumidify. Highly recommend this portable AC unit. The window cover fits well too.

Bought this machine after reading reviews glad I did. I’ve owened it 48 hours and it gets my 900sqft apart and it’s cool now. Great investment looks good and easy to use. Shipping was 6 days and $400 was worth it :)Ps.. I had to turn it off because I got too cold 😬

I have four portable air conditioners and I like this one the best. It’s nice to look at and it works great.

UPDATE: Seller offering refund. Have increased review to 3 stars based on customer service. Will update and adjust if I don’t actually receive the refund.Have had many air conditioners that have been great over the years. After waiting the 24 hours, we set it up and it does not cool AT ALL. Only the fan blows. You can hear the compressor kick on in AC mode (but only sometimes and with an awful rattle), and it doesn’t blow cold air. Tried to return and was expected to pay for return shipping. Have contacted seller for assistance and am awaiting response.

This is the best A/C that I have used so far. Last year, I bough a portable A/C and it didn't keep our room cool enough so I had to turn on the central air conditioner, and my electric bill was super high. This product is powerful and makes the room cool right away. Temperature has been super hot and humid in my area and sure enough, this A/C saved my life. It kept me cool and I didn't need to turn on the central air. The system is a little heavy due to the 14000 BTU, but easy to move around even for a woman. I keep it upstairs between my rooms. Excellent purchase!!
