Very disappointed.. ITS 1 YEAR LIFETIME NOT 1 YEAR WARRANTY
⭐ 1 Star Very disappointed with this purifier and the after-sales service from . The machine started raising filter alarms almost exactly after 1 year — just 2 weeks after the warranty ended. The technician then said the complete filter has to be replaced, costing around ₹5,000. When we contacted customer care, they said this is the “usual process” and that customers are expected to spend around ₹5,000 every year for new filters. They also mentioned that if the filter fails within the warranty period, it would be replaced free of cost, but once the warranty ends — even by a few days — the customer has to bear the full amount. This clearly makes it feel like: “1 year warranty” is actually just “1 year filter lifetime.” The most disappointing part was the technician’s attitude. He said in a rude tone: “I am a senior member. Warranty cannot be claimed for you or anyone else.” He also implied that if we want good water, we must pay ₹5,000 every year. It felt more like pressure than customer support. At the very least, these details should be clearly mentioned in the product description before purchase: - Approximate yearly maintenance cost - Expected filter lifetime - That major filter replacement may cost ₹5,000 yearly - What exactly is covered under warranty Customers deserve transparency before buying the product.

I have been using Kent ROs for over 15 years now. When my old RO finally gave up I had no doubt I will go for a RO from Kent again. I am super happy with the performance of the supreme plus RO. It does a good job and the water is super pure!
