Nice and smooth operation on my a Trek Marlin 4. Once installed I was worried the big wheel would need more chain but it worked just fine.

This is a sleeper derailleur, I recommend you go to Rivendell bikes page and read their description. With a waxed chain and proper adjustment this shifts perfectly. I’m almost considering replacing my higher end shimano with one of these because of the size, tooth count, and exceptional function.

This broke within a few hours of use. Very delicate, if you’re going to ride, like really ride try something else.
