Been 10 months and the lower ball joints have already gone out but everything else looks okay

I have installed 4 of these kits in the last 4 years. Quality is good, however the last two kits Kits one for a 2000 K1500, and a 2002 K2500 LD have had very, tight lower Ball Joints (overly crimped?) This was NOT a result of improper installation! Excessively tight Ball Joints don't seem like a problem, until you perform an alignment and you can't hardly turn steering wheel without engine running... Seriously, trying to adjust Toe in when both sides are fighting each other is a Royal PITA! I had to replace the lower balljoints with Moog from my parts store... Just Sayin...
