Epic Ink Liner, Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner with Vegan Formula - Milk Chocolate (Brown Matte)

This is easily one of the best liquid liners at this price point. The fine brush tip allows for incredible precision, making it easy to create a perfect wing or a very thin line. It dries quickly to a waterproof finish and does not smudge or flake throughout the day. It is a reliable staple for any makeup kit.

My favorite eyeliner right now. This lasts such a long time! I bought this in May 2025, it’s now January 2026 and there’s still some in the eyeliner but thought it was time to get a new one , I can tell it’s running low. I wear make up and use this maybe 2-3x a week. It’s easy to put on , glides easily and you can use the fine tip to get in those little spots close to your lash line. You can make the line super thin or thick. It stays in place all day and partly the next morning when I forget to wash my face . It doesn’t rub off or smudge . It dries quick enough so I can use my eyelash curler immediately. This doesn’t irritate my eyes. The black color is a deep bold black which I like. Great price especially with how long it lasts, I would’ve gone through several eyeliner pencils at this point.

It’s my favorite eyeliner to use, I’ve been using this brand for 3 years and I love it so so much. It apples very easily, the black is pretty pigmented and it dries fast. I sweat a lot and a lot of the times it does not come off, I can leave it on while I’m working and it won’t smudge. There have been times where it does but I blame how oily my eyelids gets.

It’s not that much water proof and it gets off but its application is easy and I can have the neatest prettiest eyeliners. Its color is bold. The product last you long and you don’t need to repurchase it for a long time.

LOVE this eye liner. Best one I have ever used and the brown color is so pretty on fair skin. I have gotten it in my eyes a couple times and it hasn't hurt at all. It lasts a while if you dont touch it, but if you rub your eyes or anything like that it will come off. It dries super quickly and I typically curl my lashes right after I put it on and it hasn't smudged yet. My only complaint is that the product leaks out in the cap, so when you open it you get eyeliner all over everything. This has only started happening recently, as I have had it for a couple months. Would recommend anyways.

Goes on easy and bought another in brown. Its much easier to apply especially for behinnners that want straight lines and not to thick. Good precision. I have to say it doesn’t even hurt if you get into your eye by accident. I thought it would hurt like hell. lol. Saw the line on my eyeball and got scared but didn’t feel it thank you God. Rinse right out.

I love this eyeliner. I just wish it came with a little more. I do pretty heavy black eyeliner so maybe it is just because I use it so often that it seems like it runs out all the time. The tip of the liner is very soft and it glides on very nicely. it's very easy to use and to do fine details with. I wish the cap would stop popping off randomly sometimes. that's something that has happened with multiple eyeliners though, not just this one. i think it's just something weird about the springs in them. I do love the quality of the actual eyeliner. I feel that it sticks to my eye better than a lot of the other ones that I've ever used. It does run if you sweat a lot though, but that's expected. I personally have pretty watery eyes so it can be difficult to keep applying without it kind of getting everywhere.

Remember this is cheap, only $10. Overall I like it and easy to use, my former black liquid eyeliner would run and went “missing” from my eyes often- so I like the waterproof part. But the applicator tip shreds (see picture). Going to try the more expensive brand that this is a dupe of, just need to figure out what brand that is…

Ótimo produto, realmente é à prova d'água, não borrou no calor do verão em São Paulo! Demorou a chegar porque veio da Holanda, mas o prazo foi informado e chegou no último dia do prazo. Recomendo.

This is as good as the Tom Ford liquid liner!! As my eye lids became softer with age and very hard to make a smooth line of liner I always looked for the best one to use so have been using the Tom Ford liquid liner for last 4/5 years and have kept on looking for another one as the Tom Ford one is very expensive. Ultimately I found this one almost as good as the Tom Ford liner. ❤️
