Can heat transfer vinyl be applied to these?

I haven’t tried it but these ears weren’t flimsy. They were double hefty fabric. But it had a slight hair texture.

Are these large enough and comfortable enough for adults? Do the ears flop forward?

The ears do not flop forward. They are big enough for a small adult head but my sister's head is kind of big and she said that they were too small for her head. I was wearing them though.
