These are a great value, and I will purchase them again.
I love these probiotics. They do seem to curb my appetite as well as make my gut feel better. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I just take them with water. Anything that has a good effect on my gut is also good for joint health. The addition of chicory ensures the probiotics have an active source of food, and that is important for the effectiveness of the product.

Very effective!
Not even finished with my first bottle and love how I feel. Zero bloat even if I over eat (which I tend to do sometimes) lost 2 lbs already and will definitely be making these a part of my everyday routine. Also, no changes to my mood, I feel completely like myself just less dense lol

They work for me and I will be ordering again
When I was finally able to start taking them they work really good. I have to take it with food. My appetite is suppressed. No more mindless snacking.Light breakfast so I can take my dose. And the rest of the day is water. Energy is up. No taste. Clothes fitting a lot better.

Excellent Supplement
Excellent probiotics to assist my GLP-1 weight loss journey. It has corrected a GI side effect that a different supplememt was barely addressing. Great value IMO. Tasteless and odor free capsules.

Very Effective
Just started Zepbound & have been taking these probiotics daily. I've had no constipation or bloating side effects, I believe, because of this product along with drinking a lot of water.

Made me sick
This did not work for me. If anything it made me sick. I experienced lightheaded, dizzy feeling after taking it. I know it’s this product that caused this. When I didn’t take it, I felt fine. I won’t be taking this anymore. The company should look into this.
