US95TR Soundbar for TV with Dolby Atmos & Wireless Subwoofer 9.1.5 channel

Before I bought this LG soundbar, I first checked the reviews posted from other buyers and couldn't help notice that several people were complaining about the overall poor sound quality, in particular, the bass. But given the bargain price this was available for, I decided to buy it anyway! All I can say is that I personally don't understand the negative reviews regarding the sound quality and not withstanding, the bass! I have quite a large, rectangular lounge, with my TV and entertainment set up being housed at one far end, on the opposite width of my corner sofa. I have the soundbar sat dead centre on my TV unit, underneath my 75 inch 4K TV. The primary reason for buying this is to be able to listen to my music via Bluetooth from either my Ipad or my Android phone, I occasionally get fed up having to wear headphones all the time! This soundbar was very simple to install, especially for how I intend using it, I just unboxed it, positioned it, plugged it in, inserted the batteries into the little remote control and I was up and running in no time! All I had to do was press the bluetilooth button once on the remote, which puts the soundbar into pairing mode, then go to the bluetooth settings on my Ipad and wait for the LG soundbar to appear, then click connect, that was it, done! It's worth remembering, although probably obvious to most, to not only increase the volume on the supplied remote control of the soundbar, but also on whichever device you are streaming your music from. With regards to the bass, there is a bass button on the remote control, press this and it most certainly improves things. For my usage, in the environment I have this soundbar set up in, I am more than happy with my purchase, it looks great, feels nice and weighty, is easy to set up and to operate and in my opinion, is something of a bargain! I do however still have one single complaint, even given I am only using my soundbar with Bluetooth, so it's not physically connected to either my LG TV or LG home theatre by any other means, every time I turn the soundbar on, my home theatre also comes on! It's obviously something to do with the frequency that the remote control uses, but it's a little silly and rather annoying! I have taken to switching my home theatre off at the plug to avoid it happening! There is no setting anywhere to prevent this, especially when you understand that I don't have any wired connections from the soundbar to anything else, including hdmi, it's all very odd really! But my music sounds great through this soundbar and the bass is more than adequate, I enjoy music loud and punchy, so I'm not just saying it for the sake of it. A great soundbar from LG sold here at a great price.

The LG USC9S is a soundbar and and subwoofer the produces good sound almost straight out of the box. It was easy to setup as the soundbar and subwoofer connected wirelessly together immediately without any issues. I downloaded the LG Soundbar app and it sorted out a software update during setup. The app gives you lots of settings to customise the sound to your liking and tailor the system to your room. I found that 'bass boost' gives amazing sound when listening to music. It also connected easily via bluetooth to my iphone so I could stream the aforementioned music. This soundbar is plenty loud enough for my lounge although the bass from the subwoofer vibrated through the whole house on some settings. However, I must say this is an excellent soundbar once I had all the settings to my taste.

The LG Soundbar USE6S currently works as advertised. It was very easy to connect and set up, sound is excellent and it works perfectly if paired with an LG TV especially the controls. The wow orchestra is a very good feature. I got it for 50% off the price and it was a good bargain. I recommend for anyone looking for a good Soundbar that doesn't cost too much.

Very impressed with the LG US95TR soundbar connected to an LG G5 TV - upgraded from an old wired Samsung 5.1 system and the practicality / sound quality is so much better. Connected the sound bar via eArc while other connections inc. Freesat / Blu-ray player / Amazon Firestick. There was an initial 'glitch' when trying to set up the Freesat controller to control both the TV and Freesat box due to CEC problems (sound changing back to TV speaker, dropping out etc.) but this was quickly resolved by fitting a small CEC-less adapter to the Freesat HDMI line. I was a little sceptical about the seller (Electronics Empire) especially considering the price and some negative reviews. Delivery time was 2-3 weeks and the system has proved to be excellent and extremely good value.

Tested Alien Romulus (Disney +) Dolby Vision... Filmmaker mode Sound is 5.1 surround But it's loud and clear and crisp.. Soundstage is brilliant.. But I need a 7.1 surround film or file to test the full 3D of Dolby Atmos. So far Visuals 10/10 Audio is 9.5/10 But yeah.... This is loud even the silence is crushingly powerful. Huge box and the soundbar has heft but it's like a proper cinema sound. Easy to control over WiFi or Bluetooth or phone or voice control incase you forgot where the remote is. Love it and worth every penny xx

Excellent piece of kit, easy to install and get up and running, makes mega difference over TV internal speaker, makes voices crystal clear, recommended.

This soundbar is alright, it's fine for casually watching TV. There is no real bass, but it's better than a cheap TV. Having optical and Bluetooth connections is nice; there aren't that many with both at this price range. Another benefit to this size is that it fits nicely on most surfaces. We use this mainly for our TV that has our game consoles connected, and is also the TV we watched football games on. I would prefer better sound for football, but again, it's much better than the sound you get on a £300 TV

Very good for the pricerange. Needed to adjust the equaliser manually as there was no mid range. Bit different not having an a visual equaliser but once you notice the 3 led lights and how they function it is simple, balanced and of good quality. Surround sound have to be linked together via a single wire but work great. Overall bargain

Premetto che non sono un esperto di suono o di impianti audio, sono il classico utente medio che in questo caso ha voluto migliorare l'audio nel proprio salotto spendendo il giusto. Sono sinceramente soddisfatto dell'acquisto, questa soundbar è potente da far paura, difficilmente supero l'audio a "20", consiglio l'acquisto a quelle persone che come me cercano una soundbar che durerà molto e che abbia delle qualità più che adeguate per la maggior parte delle persone. Ottima la connessione bluetooth, ottima anche la connessione arc e hdmi. Con smart tv LG la connessione è avvenuta in automatico e senza problemi.

Me gusta la barra, tiene muy buen sonido y sobretodo muy claro. Si buscas mucho volumen esta no es la barra que buscas, es perfecta para un lugar pequeño. Como dato adicional el HDMI para conectar una consola es 2.0 y no ofrece 120 hz a 4k.

The rear speakers work very well and are loud, they're great complement to LG SQ80Y soundbar for a more surround sound experience. The only flaw is that the rear speakers are connected to their control unit by cable, not shown in the advertisement...so you're aware now. Positive point, though, the speakers don't require any power, they're just passively connected to the rear control unit, that's the only device to be actively powered. The connection of the rear control unit to the soundbar is flawless, nothing to be done actually, just turn on the soundbar and check that the connection with the rear control unit is established, the control unit's status LED turns green when it's connected to the soundbar OK. When the soundbar is powered off, the rear speakers are off as well, the rear control unit's LED turns red. Overall, recommended speakers!

Ok il suono per la mia sala. I bassi si sentono bene se si alza il volume. Risulta comunque nitido e cristallino il suono dei dialoghi . Il subwoofer se non è nei pressi della barra gracchia un po’... forse per la distanza, non so. Problema superato spostando la cassa . È necessario segnalare che il cavo ottico non è presente bella confezione, quindi va acquistato a a parte. Ottimo comunque per il suo prezzo Amazon impeccabile, ovviamente !
