This kit was a big disappointment. I was surprised because the colors when applied to the skin didn’t match the color in the container, it was completely different. Furthermore, the colors were very artificial appearing and when I mean that I mean that I can’t see how anyone would be able to have those colors applied to their skin and have them be flattering on their skin tone. Yes, they may appear that they could match many different types of skin tones however, when applied to the skin, they seem artificial. I attempted to mix the colors together to create a more flattering color for my cheeks and they just did not mix well together. Also the consistency is very very thin and it seemed to rub off really easily. For example, I had to really put a lot of products onto my finger in order to get any sort of color on it, and when applied to my face , and even when I said it with a facial primer and it was dry colors were just absorbed quickly and rubbed off quickly. It is not a long wearing product at all, and it almost reminds me of something I would buy at the dollar store it’s not a high-quality product and Very off. It’s very cheap. However, it is not long lasting at all. It will be absorbed by your skin within minutes and or rubbed off within minutes. The coverage is very very, very sheer and frankly it really reminded me of the make up that I used to buy when I was a teenager from the dollar store.

This is a large kit and it's actually much nicer than I expected for the price. There are a good variety of shades for every product and they're pretty pigmented. I was a little disappointed that the highlight I'm most likely to use was smashed upon delivery, but nothing else was damaged, so I'm assuming that happened in production and not shipping since the highlight page is in the middle of the book. That's another neat aspect, they're all connected in a little book instead of individual pallets so you can throw the whole thing in your bag and have all the powders you need.
