When making healthier swaps, this one is a no-brained. My kid and her friend have entered the age of, “I can make it myself” and they are always looking easy-to-prepare options. These are a great and much healthier choice. I keep a couple different flavors of bouillon so you can make your own beef, chicken, vegetable base and add any toppings you like. The first time I made ramen for a group of girls I swapped in these noodles and used the seasoning packets that they like from the other brands. The only thing they noticed was way less indigestion. The flavor and texture are spot on! This is my new go-to and the kids have adapted without fiss. These noodles are also a great value and now we all like that they don’t come with season packets because you can make it however you like.

While it seems weird to write a review about plain ramen noodles, it is one of my favorite things to make, and the noodles that go into ramen are important. So, here goes. I make homemade ramen, and it's freaking delicious, but finding noodles that aren't loaded with salt is not easy. And if they are loaded with salt, then the way the various sauces are mixed is restricted so it doesn't take like spicy salt and nothing else. The few that I can find don't have a good texture, which also ruins the experience. I have a bin of rejects in my pantry. This is the one. The one. They cook fast, keep their curls, keep their bite, and are as easy to use as any ramen noodle ever was. They absolutely absorb whatever flavor you're going for and give it right back to you in every bite. They are pricier than buying a bunch of cheap ramen in bulk and just tossing the packets and keeping the noodles, but the difference is night and day. They are not super expensive and are worth it. Nutrition-wise, they aren't super fortified or anything like that, but they do have 7 grams of protein. Bottom line: If you make ramen at home, with your own sauces and broths and veggies and meats or whatever else, a good, low sodium noodle is key to full flavor and this is the one.

Love noodles? I bought these to get my friend away from commercial fried ramen noodle packets that have too much salt, so that he could add his own broth & healthy protein to these noodles. That did not happen however I have truly enjoyed these noodles, and I've eaten them many different ways, in soups, salads and even with red sauce one late night out of desperation since I had no other noodles and they were delicious. I laugh every time I think of it, ramen noodles with Italian red sauce is something I definitely thought I'd never do but, I have to admit, they were yummy even in Italian since these noodles hold up, they do not become mushy and flat at all - great texture. I have no complaints. Wash out the starch, after boiling and your set, easy as can be. By the way, these are great on cold salad tossed in ginger sesame sauce, greens and multi-colored cabbage, who doesn't love that dish? I will definitely buy them again, good pantry item. I have tried many commercial ramen noodles, I have experience cooking, and I am very picky - most do not measure up. If you can't get to the store to buy fresh, these are a good option you will be happy with.

Good noodles, contain no sodium or fillers. Not chewy.

These are great individually wrapped Ramen cakes without all the fuss and bother of flavored packets. Family is really liking making their own Dashi and broth to use with these noodles. They will absorb flavor perfectly and are quick and easy to use. We will buy more

I love these Ramen Noodles! They can be pricey. Sometimes I have to wait until the price goes down. They are not made with ingredients that I cannot pronounce. One ingredient and they taste great. I add vegetables and organic seasonings. The taste and texture are perfect.

It’s a healthier option but I can’t do the texture. It takes a while to cook and goes from hard to soggy very quickly. The noodles are also very thin closer to angel hair pasta than ramen noodles.

I like these noodles. They're made of good stuff and cook up fast. It's easy to tell when they're done, they turn from a stiff biscuit into a relaxed pot-full of bland noodles (like tofu). While they're cooking, I usually heat some soup in my microwave. The two are ready at about the same time. I've ben adding the cooked noodles to a can of organic, vegan, low salt, ready-to-heat-and-eat split pea soup for a quick, filling, and healthful meal. Pair with a cheese, sprouts, tomato, and mayo sandwich on some good bread. Yumm!

I love how low the calories and sodium are yet the flavor is amazing. The delivery to my door was next day fast and I couldn't be happier.

These are great! I wish I had known about these sooner. I like to add my own flavors, especially chili miso oil and some bouillon flavoring. Add some veggies and an egg or meat... So good! The noodles taste fresh and have the perfect chewy texture and flavor. The serving size per package of noodles is satisfying. So delicious and healthier than other ramen noodles. I will be buying these often! Very good product!

My favorite Ramen noodles. Keep their integrity, no added nonsense.
