How do you warm this?

Most people cut off a block or 2 and put the block/s in a plastic cup, glass, etc and submerge the container in hot water. So for instance you would put a cup with the cubes inside a cup with hot water. You can also put it in low in the microwave for a few seconds until it melts than let it cool down so it's not too hot

Working on a shrek the musical production and young shrek has to quick change into the elf. could i make a mask prosthetic from this and paint it?

No. It's too sticky, and would have to be poured into a mould. There's not nearly enough of it for that.

Can I use this to make. Cone nose??

It can be used to form prosthetic features but it's a little difficult to use in large quantities at once.

How would this compare to 3rd degree silicone injury prosthetic? i'm looking to do a chelsea smile makeup, so it would need to have some flexibility.
