Love it. I have belt buckles that either haven't been cleaned in decades or I cleaned with polish that left residue. This cleaned and shined them. Some had to run through twice and used couple extra squirts of cleaner but it works. A little leary about putting battery run watches in it so don't know how that would work.

I have one so didn't hesitate to purchase as a gift.

I am constantly auctioning old family trinkets and have a deep inventory of ancient gizmological tonnage... and for some kinds of dirt this is an amazing tool. It doesn't deal with chemically integrated contaminants like oxidation or tarnish, but makes quick work of grime and general crud.A few minutes ago I pulled a brass key out of my pocket... with the engraved numbers filled and dirty areas deeply smudged outside the shiny finger-wiping surface. I filled the tank, gave it 2-3 drops of the included fluid, and tossed the key in the plastic basket. Within about 15 seconds, satisfying little clouds of dirt were rising off the metal. After a couple of minutes I rotated it 90 degrees to change the angle of the incoming pressure waves, and again, fresh clouds. I flipped it over and repeated... then after 5 minutes it automatically stopped.A quick light wipe with the edge of my T-shirt, and I was holding a shiny brass key, with clear engraving detail. Pretty amazing!I have not tried antique coins yet, though experts usually say not to do that so I will research before risking them. Old bits of jewelry sparkle up nicely, and little stainless circuit board tools that I've had for 50 years look like new. One of the most dramatic was a double-ended tool with a brush on one end...The cavitation process lends itself to lots of different contaminants, and you can use different solutions to optimize it for the type of cleaning needed. This appears to be a competent and simple unit, handy around the shop or jewelry store. There are no power or duration settings besides the start button, and it times out in approximately 5 minutes.

Don't buy not a good machine. All mine did was make buzzing noise. great packaging...waited to long to return, in the middle of moving. Not a good product unless this one is defected. Lesson learned. Stick with the solution u just drop jewelry in.

This kit came complete with cleaner and tweezers which is great. But it didn't really come with instructions? It came with a booklet with a bunch of warnings.. but no guidelines of how long to leave jewelry or glasses. Is there an internal timer?

This is a great little ultrasonic cleaner. I chose this to deep clean my glasses. While cloths generally work, sometimes the lenses get smudged and need a better cleaning. Many solutions don't do well. This really does the trick. Just add water, a bit of solution, press the button and you have clean glasses or other small items you have chosen. There is a handy video with instructions that helped as well. Cleans watches and other items as well. Great product!

This ultrasonic leaner is great for small items like rings, earrings and jewelry in general. The cleaner solution does make a difference Vs just water & soap.
